Phytoseiulus persimilis for spider mite control
The predatory mite Phytoseiulus persimilis is a small, red coloured mite that can be used for biological control of spider mites. The predatory mites are only 0,5mm in size and move across the leaves searching for spidermites as prey. They feed on the eggs, larvae and adults. Suitable under strong artifical light usage.
Usage
For preventative use, 100 predaotry mites per m2
for curative use, 250-500 predatory mites per m2
The predatory mites can be easily distributed by scattering the carrier medium over the leaves.
